Please read our terms and conditions before booking an event with us.
By booking with us, you acknowledge these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them!
- Under no circumstances are alcohol or drugs permitted at any of our events. If we have reason to believe that you or any of your guests (who you booked tickets for) are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs we reserve the right to ask you to leave the event and the event premises and no refund will be given.
- The Minimum age for anyone to attend an event is 18 years of age, if we believe someone to be under the age of 18 we reserve the right to ask you for ID or to leave the event and the event premises and no refund will be given.
- Some of the locations we visit may not be suitable for people with certain health or mobility issues, if you are unsure on this please contact us and we will confirm the accessibility of a location before you book your ticket(s).
- Paranormal Pursuit UK and its staff will not be held responsible for any injury caused by personal negligence.
- If on an event and a certain area is cordoned off please respect that and do not enter, also if you handle any objects from the location please handle with care as we will not be held responsible for any breakages/damages, but you will be.
- If you use any of our equipment on a hunt, from the moment you sign it out to the moment you sign it back in, if the equipment comes back broken or damaged you will be held responsible and will be charged for it to be either fixed or replaced.
- Smokers are not permitted to smoke inside a location but we will show you where smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Paranormal Pursuit UK are not responsible for any damages or loss of your personal belongings, that includes any equipment you bring yourself.
- Please be aware that if you take part in any experiments, you do so at your own risk (this includes Ouija board, séances, glass divination, table tipping).
- We reserve the right to ask you to leave an event and the premises if we believe you to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, if you are disturbing other guests, invoking or calling out for negative energies and faking any activity.
- On an event we shall provide light snacks and drinks (depending on if there is electricity at a location will determine if we supply hot drinks), we do not cater for any dietary requirements so please feel free to bring your own if you wish.
- Please be aware that on a hunt the lights will be turned off so please wear sensible footwear (no high heels) and sensible clothing and bring your own torch, we will post on Facebook if we think you may need a coat.
- Parking – if no parking is available on site and you have to park in a residential area, please be respectful of the residents when arriving and leaving, try to be quiet when leaving as some events do not finish until the early hours of the morning.
Most of all we want you to enjoy your experience with us and ask if you have any problems or concerns to speak to a team member, you may as to speak in private if you wish.
